Marrakesh is very known for its deep-rooted cuisine, on top of it is the "Tangia” that Marrakesh people serve to their guests in every special occasion. Please don't confuse it with Tagine which sounds like. The difference between Tangia & Tagine. The Tanjia is a practical daily recipe for the craftsmen in the Medina Markets.
